Atlantic City
Atlantic City is a beachfront gambling center located in Atlantic County New Jersey. When casino gambling was legalized in the late 1970's the casino hotel boom began with Resorts and Atlantic City experienced continued grow throughout the late 20th Century. Atlantic City is known for it's beachfront, it's casino hotels, it's numerous shopping centers, and it's famous boardwalk. Atlantic City had enough favor to be the theme for one of the most popular boardgames in the world, Monopoly.
