Round Valley Recreation Area
Round Valley Recreation Area is a multipurpose wilderness playground that offers fishing, hiking, camping, swimming and more. The reservoir is spread out over 2,000 acres and is approximately 180 feet deep, making it the deepest lake in New Jersey. The reservoir is stocked with lake trout and is also home to 18 other species of fish. It is an ideal summer day trip from most of northern and central New Jersey.
